A form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. The clean is confirmed when we agree the scope and the time with you directly.

The booking is based on what you tell us. If the property is larger, more soiled, or harder to access than described, we will say so before extra work goes ahead.

We bring products and equipment unless we have agreed otherwise. Please give us safe access to power, water, and the areas in the brief.

If you need to move a visit, call 027 275 7389 as early as you can so the slot can be reused.
